Terms and Conditions
World Market Home Decor warranties that delivered goods will meet manufacturers warranty standards. If your purchase arrives damaged, it will be the responsibility of World Market Home Decor and/or the Delivering Agent and/or the manufacturer to repair or replace the damaged pieces. World Market Home Decor reserves the right to repair any damages. If a repair isn't possible then a replacement piece will be ordered. Should a piece arrive with damage, the customer is responsible for indicating the nature of the damage on the delivery paperwork and notifying World Market Home Decor within 48 hours. Please call us at 877 826 3230 or email sales@worldmarkethomedecor.com. World Market Home Decor will handle any issues with the factory, delivering agent, or manufacturer. Please inspect your delivery promptly and carefully. Replacement orders typically will ship in the same length of time as the original order. All damage or other problems must be noted in writing on the bill of lading before signing. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect all purchases at the time of delivery and make appropriate notations on the delivery paperwork. It is also the customer's responsibility to notify World Market Home Decor within 48 hours of the delivery of any damage. Refunds/returns relating to damage will only be issued/accepted as a result of our inability to repair/order/reorder an item. Issues arising after 48 hours are considered warranty issues.

Warranty
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are generally limited to defects in materials and craftsmanship. The manufacturer's warranty begins when the merchandise is delivered. World Market Home Decor provides no warranties either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed. World Market Home Decor shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages. Customers that reside in "remote" or other areas not accessible by an authorized restoration center will be responsible for any trip and travel charges incurred in the warranty claim process

Except as expressly stated herein, World Market Home Decor makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind, with respect to products sold on the World Market Home Decor website, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to World Market Home Decor arising from any product sold on the World Market Home Decor website shall be the price of the product ordered. World Market Home Decor shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, World Market Home Decor shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
